Queso cheese dip

This is a queso cheese dip we made for supper one night. This recipe makes about 2 quarts of dip. This is a gourmet version of the camp fire queso dip.  
These are the ingredents:
Chips, 1 cup sour cream, 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, small package of velveeta, can of fruit salsa, 2 chicken breasts, a splash of milk, 8 oz pkg of smoked cheddar, and 1 small can of chipotle purée. 
Put chunks of the smoked cheddar in a food processor and chop them into very small pieces.  
Add velveeta, cheddar,sour cream and cream cheese. 
Season your chicken however you want. 
Cook chicken breasts, we put them on a panini grill. 

Add the chepotle to the cheese mix. 
Cut chicken in very small pieces. 
Add the chicken and some milk to the cheese mix. Serve.
  We put it in a crock pot to keep it warm. 
If you want to, you can add the fruit salsa and mix it in with the cheese.
